About this event

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is proven driver of thriving teams, sparking commitment, connection and resilience, even in the face of unexpected changes.

In this conversation, Prismatic founder Debra Giunta chats with Kelsey Kates, Global Head of Learning Experiences at Google, to explore how integrating play on your team can be a shortcut to raising EQ and driving more innovative solutions to your company’s biggest challenges.

Through a candid live interview followed by audience Q&A, we’ll address concrete, accessible strategies for integrating play into even the most structured work environments.

This conversation is ideal for both new and seasoned managers, and anyone looking to add mindsets and skills to their leadership toolkit.

Join us for this conversation on February 22nd, 11am-12pm CST!
