A seat at the table at Cultivate.

Each year, selected IGNITE students attend Cultivate, Prismatic's intergenerational leadership conference. They step into professional spaces alongside Chicago's top companies and leaders, and practice career-based emotional intelligence in the room, with the people who hire. For many, it's the first time they see themselves in a thriving career.

How Partnerships Work

We build the program around your school.

We partner with schools across Chicago, and with the parent groups who champion them (Friends of organizations, PTAs, and Local School Councils) to bring Prismatic in. Together we shape a program that fits your students' goals, your calendar, and your budget.

Most programs run once a week during a single class period, for a minimum of 12 weeks, and often for the full school year.

Worried about the budget?

Thanks to our donor community, we offer need-based subsidies and sliding-scale pricing for schools that need them, so cost doesn't have to be the reason your students miss out.

Funding is limited and awarded based on community need. We can't promise an amount up front, but we'd love to talk through what's possible for your school.

What partners usually ask.

Most programs run once a week, during a single class period (50–60 minutes). Our minimum engagement is 12 weeks, though many partners run programs for the full school year.
There is typically a fee, but thanks to our donor community we offer sliding-scale pricing and need-based subsidies so a wide range of school communities can partner with us. We'll talk budget openly and early.
We survey students at the start, middle, and end of each program, alongside observational assessments from our team. We share results with you, and use them to adapt programming to your students' needs.
Yes. Every Prismatic instructor is background-checked before entering a partner school.
Our weekly in-person programs are Chicago-based. We're glad to bring workshops and special events to schools and organizations beyond Chicago, just reach out and we'll explore what's possible.
