Meet the Panelists

Debra Giunta, founder and executive director of Prismatic, is a trailblazer in PreK-12 education, with over 15 years of experience in championing social-emotional learning programming. Through ventures like Design Dance and The Brainchild Collective, she has transformed educational landscapes, prioritizing students' mental and emotional well-being. Debra's innovative approach empowers students to thrive academically and emotionally, leaving a lasting impact on the future of education.

Anj Fayemi, CEO of Rivet, a pioneering AI platform for artists, is dedicated to empowering creators to connect with their fans and enhance revenue. An engineering graduate from MIT and Imperial College with a Theatre Arts Minor, Anj's passion for music, coupled with his Nigerian heritage, drives his mission to support creators. He has a background in finance at Blackrock and is acclaimed for his work, including being featured in Business Insider and Pitchbook.

Robin Koelsch, a seasoned educator and leader with over two decades in education, currently serves as Chief Partnership Engagement Officer (CPEO) at Communities In Schools (CIS) of Chicago. With a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Northern Arizona University and a Master's in Applied Music Pedagogy from Northeastern Illinois University, Robin harnesses her creativity and sociable demeanor to motivate learning and unite communities. In her CPEO role, she cultivates strategic partnerships to expand opportunities for Chicago's youth.


Christine Schoef is the Chief People Officer at Amsive, a data-driven marketing agency based in Chicago and New York. She leads the company's human capital strategy and fosters a culture of excellence and enjoyment among employees. With a background in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and a Certificate in Organizational Development from DePaul University, Christine is dedicated to attracting top marketing talent and ensuring Amsive remains an employer of choice. She also contributes to various non-profit and industry boards, including 1871’s Women Influence Chicago and Trilogy Behavioral Health. Outside of work, Christine, a Chicago native, enjoys spending time with loved ones and exploring the outdoors.
