At Prismatic, our mission is to prepare our young people not only for a fulfilling career but for a fulfilling life. Over the years, we've proudly served more than 400 students, from mission-writing workshops to in-school social entrepreneurship residencies, and from international leadership workshops in partnership with the US Embassy to connecting students with Chicago's thriving corporate community for one-on-one mentorship.
As we navigate the complexities of the modern workforce and societal landscape, one thing remains abundantly clear: academic prowess alone is not enough. Our students require the foundational emotional intelligence skills to truly thrive and succeed.
