Prismatic’s IGNITE is a national leadership program designed to invest in young people ages 14-18 with a passion for social change. 

In this free virtual program spanning 20 workshop sessions over 5 weeks, we get real about the issues that matter to you, help you clarify your mission and personal development goals, and introduce you to inspiring mentors in your chosen career fields. IGNITE is a different kind of career development program, focused on helping you design your future so you can make the impact you want to make in your community and beyond.

Program Details

WHO: Young people ages 14-18 with a passion for social change anywhere in the United States.

*Please note that Prismatic is located out of Chicago so all of our programs are held in Central Time. Please check your time zone to make sure you can attend our program. Check what time zone you’re in here!

WHAT: A free, virtual program across 20 workshops where we get real about the issues that matter to you, help you clarify your personal mission and goals, and introduce you to inspiring mentors in a variety of career fields.

WHEN: July 10th - August 10th 2023. Monday - Thursday from 2:30-4:30 p.m Central Time.

WHERE: All sessions will be held virtually over Zoom.

WHY:

  • Strengthen your college application

  • Receive career advice from industry-leading mentors

  • Develop leadership skills that will get you where you want to be

  • Meet other high school students from across the country who share your passions

  • Receive scholarship opportunities to further your education

    • To qualify for scholarships, students must attend at least 80% of the program sessions (16 out of 20 sessions)
