Bring Prismatic to Your School!

We transform classrooms into

personal development hubs.

  • Our Young Changemakers program lays the foundation for 4th-8th graders to observe their strengths, identify their interests, and grow their social-emotional skills in school and beyond.

  • Our IGNITE program advances teen visions for the future, as 9th-12th graders acknowledge and refine their strengths, weave their interests into their work, and advance the soft skills they’ll need to build thriving adult futures.

  • Our PD Workshops team up with school faculty and staff as they navigate ongoing challenges in the classroom and discover ways to incorporate social-emotional skills in their day-to-day work.

“The burnout session was incredibly helpful for my staff and impactful for our school culture. During this time of year, my staff has typically struggled to cope and manage their workload, relationships, and personal stressors. This session offered concrete tools and techniques that were immediately applicable in the lives of a busy educator. My staff raved about the session and still do.

Jarell Lee, KIPP Academy School Founding School Leader, Prismatic School Partner

“The program is designed to ‘invigorate your students’ passions and kickstart their future career goals’ and it’s been an absolute pleasure to see that vision come to life through the Prismatic team, program volunteers, and most importantly, the high caliber students and all the effort they put into their personal development. It’s been a fantastic experience to be able to play a role in this program, and it's truly inspiring to see what everyone puts into it, and what everyone gets out of it.”

“Prismatic's session was exceptionally crafted and aligned to the goals of our summer program. Debra and Gigi are incredibly engaging facilitators and were able to help all of our participants break out of their shells. Our high school interns continually referenced what they had learned about their values, how they show up in the workplace, and their long-term goals throughout the entire summer.”

Paige Marshall, Harvard Ed Portal, Prismatic University Partner

“The way the students NEED an SEL period during the day, in my opinion is fantastic. It takes off the edge of being a high schooler for at least one hour and gets to clear their mind.

  • Typically Prismatic provides programs to students once per week, during one class period (50-60 minutes). Our minimum engagement is 12 weeks long, but we often provide programs for the full school year.

  • We conduct surveys at several points throughout the session on key areas of social and emotional development.

Pre, mid, and post session surveys are conducted by our teaching team, in addition to observational assessments by our managers. Additionally, our students are assessed at the beginning and end of programs. Finally, our school partners are regularly engaged for feedback throughout the session, and are provided a formal survey at the end of the program.

These assessments are used by our team to adapt programming if necessary to better meet the social and emotional needs of our students.

  • Typically yes. However, thanks to our generous donor community, we are able to provide sliding scale pricing to meet the needs of a wide range of school communities.
